Rabobank have the current World Champion, Oscar Freire, on their books, so should do well in the Classics, with other stars, Michael Boogerd and Erik Dekker to back him up.

For the Tours they have young Russian, Denis Menchov, signed from Spanish team Illes Balears and top climber Michael Rasmussen to make an impact in the stage races.

Rabobank is a well-organised team, but without a big star to guarantee a Tour win, but they do have Freire who has won the World champs more time than we can remember.

Rabobank are a Dutch bank, there are 27 riders and they ride Colnago frames with Shimano components, 63% of the team are Dutch and the average age is 27.
