ISIS bottom bracket has internal ball bearings, not external! I think the picture shown above is a mega-exo bottom bracket. I have an ISIS bottom bracket on one of my bikes and I am having to replace this bottom bracket about every 1000-2000 miles! The bearings tend to fail prematurely. I wouldn't get it if I were you.
