I know it depends on the type of riding you're going to be doing. However this is perhaps one of the most asked question ever at BikeCyclingReviews. I've been riding an Scott CR1 for quite a few years. And as summary this is a superb frame. It looks like it will last me forever – hopefully :-) . Does this mean that I wanted this bike?? not really. One of my favourite brands is Trek and Pinarello and then Scott. However I ended purchasing an Scott…

My question is what is your favourite frame? Let's discuss it here:

I'd love to ride 'Spartacus' bike: Specialized Tarmac SL. But also with its internal engine…. Wink . I want to win the Paris-Roubaix as well. This is the bike I'm talking about:

While I really like my new bike with its 853 Reynolds frame For its lightness and stiffness at times it seems a bit to stiff in the fork so I think my old 531 st Reynolds Raleigh is still my Favourite with its great springy front fork to smooth the bumps.

I have ridden alloy Frames and while they ride nicely I have gone back to steel as my preferred choice.

Depends on the purpose.

Long group rides in the hills and our Thursday night "World Up Hill Time Trials" I love my Cervelo R3. Nothing puts the power to the pavement like that bike.

Around town or out on a Sunday Club ride, My Kona Paddy Wagon is just plain fun.

In the woods, any season, (I love to ride the snowmobile trails) Kona Unit has the flotation. Next year I will try a fat bike.

Over 50 and still rocking the single speeds… Rigid Rules. "Man up, Stand up and pedal!"

I ride a Jim Redcay steel frame made for me in the early 80's.

I currently ride a Cannondale Six.  I just changed wheels to the Neuvation M28 aero.  Very nice.  Dream bike, the Venge.

I love my Ridley Orion. It gives me a great ride and has a good look to it. I have not made any changes to the bike since I bought it in 2005 but would like to change the wheels at some stage in the not too distant future.

Mine is the BMC SLR 01 Teammachine.  Had ridden a Giant TCR Advance 2, a Cervelo S1 before.  The Giant was competent but doesn't really engage you (or rather me) in the ride.  The S1, a very fast bike, whenever you peddle on it, it will ask you "is that the best you have?".  With the bike my speed  (compare to Giant) easily goes up by 5km/hr.  great bike…but when it comes to climbing and longer distance (80km or more), it can be quite unbearable.  Now i'm having a BMC SLR01 – it is simply superb, especially when you are someone who likes to climb.  This is a climbing machine.  This bike allows me to perform in saddle climb which my former 2 bikes and my friend's dogma can't.  Now i feel energise whenever i see a climb.  It is a very comfortable bike too.  The TCC works

I do mainly longer rides & centuries, just starting to get aggressive about climbing. I love my Specialized Roubaix Expert. I've ridden Madones, and they may be a little faster or lighter, but I can go all day on my Specialized! I may switch from Shimano to SRAM, though.

MOTOBECANE but I am not a very agressive or competitive cyclist, just 2-3,000 miles a year, mostly for fun. So, I am not a racer, my average speed is only 15 mph up to 17 mph in a good day. The whole bike eady to go is only 20 pounds, less than 10 kg. Aluminum with carbon fork. 52 cm

I also have a Treck 1000.
