Now which Basque cycling kit do you refer to? Is it the Euskaltel-Euskadi Pro team clothing which is all orange or do you mean the Euskadi Foundation clothing which is in the Basque national colors of green, red and white?
Luckily both are made the Basque cycle clothing company Exteondo, they make some of the best cycle clothing available, now if you want to get your hands on the Euskaltel team kit then there are lots of on-line shops that can help you out. As you live in Great Britain try mistersports.co.uk or gbcycles.co.uk and also probikit.com that have lots of different team clothing.
The Euskadi national team kit is not so easy to find, a company called Prendas Ciclismo in Poole, Dorset used to have both sets of clothing, but I cant contact them, so maybe they have gone out of business, but I would try them if possible.
Good luck with your hunt, the Exteondo gear is very good quality and is not cheep, but worth it.
