I have a set of FSA cranks on my Cervelo Soloist and they are a 130mm, 5 arm, 53/39T combination. I cant find a 53T on line to buy so can I run a 52/39 or 54/39 so long as they're still 130mm, 5 arm config? In other words, does a 53T have to run with a 39 or can you choose any combination?

I ride a 50/36, but they are Rotor rings so it is a little different from regular rings. I also go with a 11-23 cassette to keep things nice and tight.

Hi,I would like to obtain some lower gears for hills. I have a 42/53set. Would a compact 36/50 or a lower gear rear cassette be the best change?Thank you
