Hi Sydney,
Lucky wife getting a new bike!
OK looking at these bikes they are all perfect for what you want.
The Dew from Kona is made of 7005 alloy tubing and fitted with Shimano gears, FSA chain set and Tektro brakes, good equipment on a well built bike, but with no suspension.
The Giant CRX 4 is made with the same materials and equipment as the Kona, but it does have a bit more comfort built in as it does have a suspension seat post which will take out the bumps.
The Avanti Blade 2.0 also has the suspension seat post, but the Shimano equipment is maybe not as good quality as the others.
Looking at all three bikes in the end I would go for the Giant on the strength of the Shimano kit and the suspension seat post. All these bike would do, but the Giant takes the biscuit!
