		<description>Madone&#039;s are great. I think the earlier models somewhat better than the latest rendition. I&#039;ve a Discovery Team model and find its ride more fluid and dare I say &quot;steel-like&quot;, than the overly stiff and burly &quot;black&quot; carbon 5.5. I&#039;m 6&#039;1&quot; 245lb, 49 years old, and I thought the overbuilt bottom bracket would suit, but it in fact hurt the quality of the ride. Perhaps the 6.5 &quot;red&quot; rides better...but if you&#039;re spending that why not shop around. 

My advice, try a Ti from Co-Motion, or the Tennessee guys before you buy.</description>
