		<description>I just want to adjust the position of the brake levers.  How do I loosen the band around the handlebar to get it to move?  I loosened the brake cable so that I could squeeze the brake handle but I do not see the nut or bolt that is holding the clamp on.  Am I forgetting something?  Please advise.</description>
