		<description>I have two pairs of these pedals, and used them for a number of years. I retired them in favor of SPD&#039;s. I just bought new shoes and have to now go back to them, and appreciate the info provided. I will let you know which I buy, and which work out. The cleats shouldn&#039;t be that much, so I&#039;ll probably buy one of each, black and red....to be continued...</description>

		<description>I bought 2 pairs of second hand Shimano pedals 1056 in the spring to put on my old steel bike that had regular mtb spd pedals.  I used the red look cleats and they work just great!  I rode in the steel 35 pounder in a group ride with acg speed of 22 mph and dropped people and still had legs to sprint in.  The pedals added a new dimension to the bike!</description>
