I just bought new shoes and have to now go back to them, and appreciate the info provided. I will let you know which I buy, and which work out. I used the red look cleats and they work just great! I rode in the steel 35 pounder in a group ride with acg speed of 22 mph and dropped people and still had legs to sprint in.
