It’s your opinion, thanks for sharing. I don’t really know anyone over here riding Neuvation because they don’t export to Europe at the time we asked for.

Don’t buy these wheels. The rear rim had numerous cracks and fractures after about one year of use. Neuvation offered to replace the rim and rebuild the wheel for $60. Forget it! I will invest my money into a more quality wheel set that has a better warranty.

I own a set of the R28 Aeros and they have been great. They are durable and fast. I’ve had them for 2 years and they are still true. I use them for time trial/triathlons and have riden just over 23 mph for a 24.8 mi distance. I own a set more expensive, deep section (60 mm/90mm) aero wheels that I don’t think are as fast. For the money, this is the most cost effective speed on the market.

Being on a forever tight budget a couple of years ago I bought a Motbecane Imortal Pro from Bikes direct. It was the best value I could find in a Carbon bike. Last year on a club ride I digned up the original Shimano R500 rear wheel. Over the winter I did some research and decided on the Nuevation R28 SL4s. I did not do the ceramic upgrade. The prices were amazing. These now have about 2400 miles of club riding, training and citizen races on them, and they have been outstanding! They roll much smoother and longer than the R500s, I have yet to true them as they don’t need it. The rear assembly comes apart easily ( I repacked the free hub). They have been worth every penny and I would buy them again. I am 5’8″ 160lbs.

Like most people when it comes to spending money you like to know that the money will be spent well for the job required.I am 93KG’s (204pd) and had a problem braking spokes on my rear wheel, I took the advise of my local bike shop that the spokes where cheap and that a rebuild would fix my problem.Check this, my problems got worse!! So when I finally decided to give my old rims a burial the question I faced was what to buy.I had a look at all the major brands and was shocked at how expensive they were. Then I stumbled across the Neuvation wheels, they looked good but no one I ride with knew much about them. I rushed home and looked at the reviews the wheels were getting and then went out and purchased a set of M28′s. I have had three rides on them and they are great, they roll beautifully and come up to speed very nicely. I have found maintaining speed is easier, and i have climbed much better.I am happy with my purchase!!!

That was a great review, one that a product or business owner would be proud of but what lingers beneath the surface is something different. I first purchased a set of the Aero28 and then the c50cs. The appearance and the weight was phenomenal so also was initial performance but durability NO!!From then there was cognitive customer service. The spokes on the Aeros would constantly brake and the c50cs would need to be trued after every ride(and once had a long crack along rim- strip surface).The group I ride with in Ft. Lauderdale all have Mavics, Zipps, Renolds etc. and they all treat their wheel horribly but I’m logging less miles because of down-time.”Is it realy worth it $1400 for (2) bad sets or $1500 for (1) good set”.Hhhhhmmmmm…..

I bought a pair of neuvation wheels out of lack of cash and have never looked back.I ride some pretty rough roads daily and never a spoke break or out of true wheel
