Wheels Manufacturing makes conversion cassettes either way you want to go. Campy gears on a Shimano hub or Shimano gears on a Campy hub.

wheels mfg in the usa makes shimano cogs work with campy drivetrains by re spacing YOUR cassette.I works really good as I have 4 of them.they are not cheap, but with several bikes, the wheels become interchangeable.I use campy record and shimano d/a 9sp and use the same wheels on all bikes.they work well.

Another option is to run a sram rival rear derailleur. It shifts great with the centaur group and shimano cassette. Also, I have had good luck with a jtek shiftmate.

I've seen ads by companies that make cassettes with Shimano spacing that fit Campy hubs and vice versa. With one of these cassettes, you could run a Campy hub on a Shimano bike.

Again, I've seen ads for.. never actually seen one.
