I had issues with the Ritchey aero wheels and they put me in touch with a ritchey rep who gave my lbs the specs for tensioning the bladed spokes,after which the problem disappeared.The frame is Taiwan made.I've had nothing but good experiences in the 3K miles I've ridden the bike so far.
