Fezzari Mountain Bikes

We have been asked what we think of Fezzari road bikes and now Tyler Pennewill has written in asking us what are our views on the Fezzari mountain bikes, so we have dusted off our MTB glasses and had a good look the Fezzari Off-Road offerings

Hi Tyler,
We like the Fezzari road bikes, so it makes sense that we should investigate their mountain bikes, and very nice they are too! Fezzari offer five different mountain bike models; three are full suspension and two are hard tail with suspension front forks, here we will take a closer examination of the Fezzari MTB’s.

Lone Peak

The Lone Peak is at the bottom end of the price range, but still a very versatile bike. The frame is made of butted aluminum tubing and designed with a sloping top tube and a bent tube to give extra stand over clearance. The suspension forks are from RST and have 100mm of travel, Tektro “V” brakes and Shimano Acera 21 speed gears. A nice, inexpensive mountain bike.

Lone Peak

Kings Peak XC

The Kings Peak XC has the same frame design as the Lone Peak with F-2 aluminum tubes, the front suspension is from Rock Shox with 100mm travel including lockout, preload adjust and rebound adjust. The disc brakes are from Shimano as are the Deore 24 speed gears. If you want a reasonable hard tail MTB then you can’t beat the Kings Peak for value for money.
