		<description>Omar, As a general rule you should not use the extreme of gears eith the Big Ring on the Low (big) sprocket. Or the small ring on the High (small) sprocket as this causes too much of a torque on the chain and will wear out you chain and sprocket much quicker not to mention the increased chance of a snapped chain &quot;on the side of the road&quot; Perhaps you should consider your gear ratios.Johnny</description>
