		<description>i have replaced running with cycling due to some knee and ankle problems. will cycling keep me as fit as running did ?.and when i get on my bike i seem to become invisible to car drivers are there any off road tracks in the greater manchester area.</description>

		<description>I suppose it really can vary though: if you have a mountain bike for example, with nobly tires, and are riding up a very steep hill through a muddy woods in the winter, then training time might be totally different?  I would say there is more anerobic fitness required for mountain biking.</description>
