A new Hinge for an Elite Vaison Bike Box

RichWilson has seen our review on the Elite Vaison Bike Case and has bought one, but he needs a replacement hinge and needs to know where to get one from. He could look up Elites web site, but he has asked us and here is our answer

I have an Elite Vaison Case and it has a faulty hinge. I understand there is a lifetime warranty on these cases. Who is the manufacturer? How do I contact them to get a replacement hinge?

I’m surprised to hear that you have had a problem with your Elite Vaison bike box; the one we had a good look at was very sturdy. As you live in Britain you need to contact their British importer who is Madison Cycles, Burnell House, 8 Stanmore Hill, Stanmore, Middlesex HA7 3BQ, telephone 0845 6034612 they should be able to help you out. You should first go to the shop you bought it from as they should have all the contacts and order a new hinge for your box.
