I have two road bikes with Shimano Flight Deck computers.
A trek and a Cannondale.
I have carefully rechecked the programming on each unit.
The Trek unit will not consistenly show speed, does not count distance and gear selection. Bike mechanic says there's a wire problem from the shift to the head unit on the center post.
The Cannondale unit shows a static display with no speed, distance or gear selection.
I am frustrated with both and consider the price of the unit too high for the lack of durable functionality.
Any thoughts?
